IsoKlean Sanitzing System Kills Viruses and Bacteria

Electrostatic spray surface cleaning and disinfecting is a process whereby an electrostatically charged mist is sprayed on a surface. The delivery system is a lightweight electrostatic sprayer. It disperses charged particles that envelop all conductive surfaces for full wrap-around coverage. The charged particles, using electromagnetic force, are carried by a stream of air that is 75x greater than gravity allowing the charged particles to change direction and move upwards against gravity to fully wrap around the target.

This is a one-step no-rinse chemical disinfectant using an EPA-registered antimicrobial multipurpose cleaner, disinfectant and deodorizer.

It leaves all reachable surfaces disinfected, eliminating gram-positive and negative bacteria, viruses, molds and mildews. The chemical used is an EPA-registered broad spectrum bactericide, fungicide, and virucide. It kills the top 15 multi drug-resistant organisms (MDRO). It has been shown to be effective against a variety of pathogens including Staph, MRSA, influenza viruses, SARS and Human Coronaviruses.

This method of treatment uses 90% less chemical than traditional wipe down and spray methods. The droplet size of the sprayer is controlled for ULV (ultra-low volume) spraying. What that means is that you have a precise flow rate that provides uniform, consistent coverage with no wiping necessary. One advantage of this system is because of the droplet size and precision flow rate we can safely spray electronics such as computer keyboards.

As the fully charged droplets hit the surface, they create an even spread. The particles hold their cationic charge for approximately 2-3 seconds preventing drips. This allows the solution to cover hidden and shadowed areas and enables you to cover a large area in a small amount of time.

In the simplest terms, electrostatic disinfecting works by providing a charge to a solution so that it electromagnetically sticks to a targeted surface, providing 360-degree coverage.

This system can be safely used everywhere including Hospitals, Dr. Offices, Specialty clinics, gyms, daycare facilities, schools.

This article published in Scientific American has this to say about electrostatic disinfection:

“The attraction is strong enough that the droplets, each around 400 times larger than a coronavirus, will actually float upward and coat the undersides of surfaces.

“The charge helps [the droplets] line up next to each other and not pool or puddle, so they cover surfaces completely,” wrote Heidi Wilcox, a microbiologist, and commercial cleaning consultant, in an email. The user can “wave the sprayer under a hospital bed and it will get into the cracks and small spaces of the springs and other parts of the bed.”
